Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping ROAM ships internationally. Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
