The Ritual of Morning Adornment — Setting Intentions with Crystal

Before the inbox opens, before the day takes its shape. A three-minute practice to wear your intention.

The word "ritual" has been overused into meaninglessness. So let's be specific: this is a three-minute practice, done standing, before you leave your bedroom, that turns the act of putting on a bracelet into a moment of decision.

Step One — Hold

Take your bracelet in your receiving hand (left, if you're right-handed). Hold it in your palm. Feel the weight of the crystal. Close your eyes for ten seconds. That's it.

Step Two — Name

Open your eyes. Say one word for the day. Not a goal — a word. "Clear." "Rooted." "Free." "Warm." Whatever your crystal's frequency represents to you. Say it once, out loud, quietly. No one's listening.

Step Three — Wear

Put the bracelet on. Place it on the wrist of your dominant hand — the one that does, that writes, that reaches. The crystal now sits at your pulse. Every time you see it today, it will remind you of your word. That's the ritual.

Three minutes. One word. One bracelet. One day at a time.
